We've updated our shipping prices and options. You now have four ways to get your order, from the cheapest available rate to overnight delivery.

Why Our Shipping Rates Changed

Our shipping costs went up this year, and we'd rather explain exactly why than quietly adjust prices and hope nobody notices.

We didn't decide to charge more. USPS raised its rates three separate times in 2026.

• January 18 — Rates went up across the board: Priority Mail about 6.6%, Priority Mail Express about 5.1%, Ground Advantage about 7.8%, Parcel Select about 6%.

• April 26 — A temporary 8% increase landed on top of that, covering Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, Ground Advantage, and Parcel Select. It runs through January 17, 2027.

• July 12 — USPS changed how it calculates dimensional weight, moving its DIM divisor from 166 to 139. In plain English: packages that take up space now get billed closer to what they'd weigh if they were solid. Kratom powder is light and fluffy, so a kilo bag takes up far more room than its weight suggests. This one hit orders like ours harder than most.

Stack those together and mailing a package costs meaningfully more than it did in January. We absorbed as much as we could for as long as we could. Past a certain point, absorbing it means either raising product prices for everyone or cutting corners somewhere — and cutting corners isn't how we do things.

What we chose not to do

We could have kept shipping prices where they were and quietly raised product prices to cover the gap. Plenty of companies handle it that way, and most customers never find out.

We didn't want to do that. Baking shipping costs into product prices means every customer pays for it, including the ones with small orders going short distances who aren't driving the cost. It also means the number on your invoice stops reflecting reality.

Charging accurately for shipping and leaving our products alone — same sourcing, same testing, same everything — felt like the honest trade.

What Has Changed About Your Options

All four are priced by weight and distance. You'll see your exact cost at checkout.

1. You now see live carrier rates at checkout.

Instead of a flat fee, your shipping cost is calculated in real time directly from the carrier, based on your order's actual weight and where it's going. A single bag traveling a few states costs a fraction of what a multi-kilo order crossing the country does, and now the price reflects that.

2. We've added carriers beyond USPS.

Rather than depending on a single carrier and absorbing whatever they charge, we've built relationships with additional shipping partners. 

At checkout, our system compares what's available for your specific address and package, then shows you the best value.

This also means you're not locked into one delivery speed. If you want the cheapest option, it's there. If you need your order in a day or two, that's there too.

We'll keep evaluating carriers as the landscape shifts. Our commitment isn't to any particular shipping company — it's to getting you the best rate we can find.

Options We Offer

1. Standard Shipping (Best Rate): Our most affordable option. Orders ship with the carrier that offers the quickest and most affordable rates for your address and package weight. Estimated delivery 2–7 business days, depending on distance

2. USPS Priority Mail: A faster option for when you're running low and don't want to cut it close. Estimated delivery 3–5 business days, depending on distance

3. USPS Priority Mail Express: Our fastest USPS option, and the only service with a guaranteed delivery window. Delivery in 1–3 business days, guaranteed

What Happened to UPS as a Shipping Option?

Fair question, and one we get a lot.

We used to offer UPS. It was a solid option and our customers liked it. UPS has since updated its policies and no longer ships kratom. They're a private company, and that's their call to make, even when it makes our job harder.

We will continue working with USPS and other carriers to provide the best shipping experience possible for our customers.

We Still Offer Fast, Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same day — every day except Sundays and postal holidays.

Order after 2 PM EST and your package goes out the next business day.

How do you calculate shipping days?

Your first shipping day is the day after your order ships, not the day you placed it.

• Order at 10 AM ET Monday → ships Monday → Tuesday is shipping day one

• Order at 9 PM ET Monday → ships Tuesday → Wednesday is shipping day one

Delivery estimates vs. guarantees

 Only USPS Priority Mail Express carries a guaranteed delivery window. Everything else is an estimate, since weather, carrier backups, and holiday volume are outside our control. Shipping costs are refundable if 10 or more shipping days pass without delivery — reach out and we'll take care of it.

Double-check your address

 A missing apartment number is the most common reason a package goes wandering. Address changes can be made if you request them before 2 PM EST on the day your order is scheduled to ship.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package is packed. Tracking usually updates as soon as the carrier picks it up, but it sometimes lags behind the package itself. Rest assured your order has left our warehouse. If tracking hasn't moved after a couple of business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
