I switched from the supplier I'd been using for years. The kratom had an unusual feel or grit to it unlike kratom from Super Speciosa. My former supplier advertised a southern address, but shipped from the west which took too long for my order to arrive. SS actually ships from the same state they say they are in and ships same day. I receive my kratom very quickly after placing my order.
