This is the first time I bought this variety. It is a very mild effect. I use it to help me fall asleep after a long day's work. I've used another companies Red Borneo and comparatively, this seems to be a more mild effect, not as strong. That being aid, I will definitely **** this to my nightly routine to help with sleeping.

I’ve been using kratom for a while now, and honestly, it’s been really helpful for me.
