Subscription Cancellation Policy

Customers may purchase products through recurring subscription plans offered at intervals of every two (2) weeks, four (4) weeks, six (6) weeks, two (2) months, or three (3) months (“Subscription”). By enrolling in a Subscription, you authorize Super Speciosa to automatically bill your designated payment method at the selected interval until such Subscription is modified, paused, or cancelled in accordance with this policy.

BY CHOOSING A SUBSCRIPTION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SUCH SUBSCRIPTION HAS AN INITIAL AND RECURRING PAYMENT FEATURE, AND YOU ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RECURRING CHARGES PRIOR TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF CANCELLATION OF SUCH SUBSCRIPTION. 

Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your Subscription at any time by (i) logging into your customer account and following the cancellation instructions, or (ii) contacting our customer support team via email at ss@superspeciosa.com. No cancellation fees shall apply.

Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, no further renewals or recurring charges will be incurred under the applicable Subscription. Any Subscription orders already processed prior to cancellation shall remain subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds

Cancellation of a Subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any order that has already been processed or shipped. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued strictly in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Reactivation

A cancelled Subscription may be reactivated at any time by logging into your customer account or by contacting our customer support team via email at ss@superspeciosa.com.

Notice of Cancellation

Super Speciosa will provide a confirmation email upon successful cancellation of your Subscription.
