I've used this in the past, and only take it a couple of times a week for back or other ****. I only use 3 capsules once a day. Nice side effect is it helps that night with sleep. If you want mellow and effective, this is a good product.

I have always used green MD but have been getting a preference for red. red seems to be a little bit less intense and smoother feel.
