Super Speciosa Kratom Serving Size Guide
SUPER SPECIOSA KRATOM SERVING SIZE GUIDE
When it comes to finding your desired effect for kratom, many factors come into play, not just the strain or vein color. Each of our batches have a unique alkaloid profile, regardless of strain. What might work for some, might not work for others. This is also due to each individual’s unique brain chemistry, tolerance level, and body type. This is why having the right serving size is also crucial.
One of the most frequently asked questions we get from our customers is, “how much kratom should I take?” Controlling how much you take will greatly impact kratom’s effectiveness. Here are some tips to consider:
Serving size for new to experienced users can fluctuate
If you are just starting out with kratom, it’s important to start at a low serving size, and gradually increase it as you find your desired effect. Experienced users can build up a tolerance. If you feel like you need to increase your serving size, or you are not achieving your usual results, you most likely need a tolerance break. Try taking a break from kratom for 2 to 3 days, then start at a low serving size again.
Less is more
This may sound counterintuitive, but kratom users have found that a lower serving size has more of a stimulating, energizing effect, while a larger serving size is more relaxing and sedating.
Weigh out your kratom for best accuracy
This tip only applies if you are using Super Speciosa’s powder products. You can use a teaspoon to measure out your serving, however, since kratom is a natural product, density can vary from batch to batch. For example, 2.4 grams of Batch A could be half a teaspoon, and 2.4 grams of Batch B can be a full teaspoon. By finding the weight in grams, you can accurately determine how much you are taking each time. If you are taking our capsules, tablets, or teas, each of these products are weighed during production, making them a convenient way to take kratom without a scale and on the go!
Now, it’s time to get the most out of your Super Speciosa products. Find your “sweet spot” when it comes to serving size using our comprehensive guide below!
Take 2.4 grams or 1 teaspoon (measure in grams for better accuracy). We suggest only taking 2 servings in 24 hours.
Each capsule contains 600 milligrams of powder. We recommend taking 4 capsules per serving, which equals 2.4 grams. We do not recommend taking more than two servings per 24 hours.
Each tablet weighs 300 milligrams. We recommend taking 8 tablets per serving, which equals 2.4 grams. It is not encouraged to take more than 16 tablets within 24 hours.
Each tea bag has 4 grams of crushed kratom leaf. Make the tea with 8 ounces of hot (not boiling) water. A maximum of two cups per 24 hours is recommended.
Mitragynine Calculator
We made it easy for you to determine how much mitragynine is in your serving! All of our products indicate the mitragynine percentage on the bag or bottle. Locate the mitragynine percentage and input it into the first box. Then, input your serving in grams.
