I’ve been using SS white maeng da consistently since around 2021, just mixing half a teaspoon into a bottle of water. Even after years, it gives an energy and **** elevation and has never caused any ill effects, impairment, or ****. In my journey to stay sober from ****, it has been helpful to have the ritual of shaking up a bottle of Kratom water and making a cup of coffee as a replacement for mixing myself a drink.

I love the small tablets. They are so much easier to take than the large capsules and I have not reached the point where I can do the powder. I find that the red Bali are great for **** relief and the whites are good for focus. And energy.
