It's great, I am a great grandma who had back broke in 3 places. Tired of messing with **** clinics. I started using the drinks and was hard on my stomach. I buy empty capsules and make them since I don't like the taste. They work better than the **** and some days I may only take 3 and some days 9. Never had any problems with ****.
