I really like the Green Maeng Da tablets as my go-to all day kratom. I’ve been doing hard manual labor for 27 years. With the powder it’s very easy to take slightly bigger scoops and I found myself taking far more for the same effect, over time. Counting tablets has made it easy to lower the amount I take and still get the effect I want while I’m working very hard, long, **** days. I’ve typically found green kratoms to be slightly mellower and longer lasting, with a minimum serving being effective while you barely notice it. This is really great stuff to start out with.
