I've been taking kratom for 6 years now to help with **** in my **** and diarrhea. It has totally taken care of both. These tablets are small and easy to swallow. I take 7 grams at a time which is about 22 small tablets. This seems like a lot of kratom but it works for me and I'm not taking **** **** any longer.
