When we receive our kratom in bulk, it is divided into smaller quantities called “batches”. These batches are then gently pasteurized and blended to prevent hot spots of bacteria, and to get an accurate lab reading of the batch. The batches are sent to a third-party accredited lab for a complete analysis which covers 9 different alkaloids, and a full panel test of microbials and heavy metals. Once we get the lab reports back, our quality control manager analyzes the reports for approval and strain categorization.
